You will receive a text message notification when your parcel arrives at the parcel point of your choice. Do not delete the message, you will need it when you pick up your parcel. The parcel will be stored in the parcel point for seven days after arrival.
Enter the code which is included in the text message. The parcel point indicates the location of the locker. Press the "Avaa lokero" button and the locker will open. If you ordered your shipment by cash on delivery, pay it now by using a debit or credit card that has a chip.
Take your shipment from the locker and carefully shut the door.
TDG is short for transport of dangerous goods. The Act on the Transport of Dangerous Goods regulates the transport of dangerous goods in Finland. LQ is short for Limited Quantity and it refers to small quantities of dangerous goods. The LQ service enables the transport of dangerous goods, packaged and in limited quantities according to the Act on the Transport of Dangerous Goods. Typical LQ shipments include certain cosmetics products, such as hairsprays.
Using the LQ additional service in the Parcel Point is possible for Posti’s contract customers. LQ shipments cannot be delivered to all Parcel Points if the Point is located underground—for instance, next to the entrance of an underground parking garage. Posti has promised the rescue authority that a certain maximum number of LQ shipments per Parcel Point will not be exceeded and that no dangerous goods are delivered to underground Parcel Points. We are complying with Finnish legislation and maximizing security. In these situations, the parcel’s delivery may be delayed by one weekday. If your shipment cannot be delivered to the chosen Parcel Point, it will be delivered to the nearest Posti outlet free of charge. You can find all Parcel Points located underground from below.
