The Letter from Santa Claus is produced by Finland Post Corporation.
If a letter with correct information disappears during delivery, please contact the below address. Finland Post Corporation shall send a new one to replace the disappeared one. In cases of disappearance the liability of Finland Post Corporation shall be limited to the price of the paid Letter from Santa Claus.
