Standard deliveries Monday to Friday
Standard delivery rounds take place by 4 p.m. on working days (Mon-Fri). This includes all letters, newspapers, magazines and parcels with maximum dimensions of 25 x 40 x 3 cm and a maximum weight of 2 kg, as well as notices of arrival of items unfit for standard delivery.
Separately charged additional services
- Home delivery: It is necessary to quote the item code found on the notice of arrival if you wish to order a home delivery.
- Holiday delivery: This service refers to the delivery of mail to an address other than the customer’s permanent address.

- Chargeable standard delivery: A standard delivery can be made to a letterbox, post box or other place not included on an ordinary delivery round. The service is subject to a charge and a separate contract. Service agreements can be made with individual recipients living in houses or housing associations, or with a housing association to apply to all its residents.
Mail deliveried to the wrong address
If you are still receiving mail addressed to the previous resident at your new address, please cross out the incorrect address (leaving it visible) and put the mail into a letter box, take it to the nearest postal outlet or give it to your mail carrier.
