To ensure your parcel reaches the addressee quickly and securely, pack it carefully and fill in the address label correctly.
Address labels for parcels
Affix the address label to the item’s largest even and visible surface. The address label must not be covered – even partly – by string, tape or other binding material.
Using the item code on your address label, you can track the conveyance of your mail.
How to pack a parcel
Parcels must be closed carefully, they must endure mechanical handling and the address card must remain visible. Liquids must be wrapped particularly carefully.

Instructions for international shipments
It is strictly forbidden to send items such as dangerous goods, animals, illegal or improper contents and weapons by post. Prohibited items vary by destination country.

A sales invoice or a proforma invoice and a customs declaration are required for items sent outside the EU and are subject to customs clearance.
