No Customs declaration is required for EU countries.

For goods delivered outside the EU, you need to attach documentation required for Customs clearance. If the destination country requires more than one Customs declaration, you must complete the required number of declarations (CN 23).

A commercial invoice or pro forma invoice is required for goods sent for commercial purposes.

Can be mailed at all postal outlets.

You can track items using the item code included on the address label.

In some countries, items are delivered directly to the addressee; in others it is taken to the nearest postal outlet and a notification of arrival is sent to the addressee. P.O. box addresses are not allowed.

Postal Parcel International is delivered to the adressee: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Luxemburg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and USA.

Pricing depends on the destination country and weight.

The contents may not include substances and articles prohibited by the Universal Postal Union (UPU) or the International Air Transport Association (IATA). Please check the Country Information for the destination country’s prohibitions and restrictions.

Always send cash, freely convertible securities, precious metals, jewellery and other valuables as Insured Items.
