| Indications and Codes | Address labels with the Economy symbol are available at all postal outlets. No Customs declaration is required for EU countries. For goods delivered outside the EU, you need to attach documentation required for Customs clearance. If the destination country requires more than one Customs declaration, you must complete the required number of declarations (CN 23). A commercial invoice or pro forma invoice is required for goods sent for commercial purposes. |

| Receiving | In most countries, items are taken to the nearest postal outlet and a notification of arrival is sent to the addressee. In some countries, Economy parcels are delivered directly to the addressee. |
| Pricing | Pricing depends on the destination country, weight or volumetric weight (1m3 = 250kg) and any additional services used. |

| Retaining | Items are stored for a minimum of 14 days depending on the country. |
| Restrictions as to Content | The contents may not include substances or articles prohibited by the Universal Postal Union (UPU) and the International Air Transport Association (IATA). Check Country Information for the destination country’s prohibitions and restrictions. Always send cash, freely convertible securities, precious metals, jewellery and other valuables as Insured Items. |
