Postal Parcel is an inexpensive service with nationwide coverage. The addressee collects the item from a postal outlet.
All of Posti´s domestic parcels are delivered in a climate-friendly manner. There is no need to buy the service separately, and it does not incur any additional costs to you.

| Receiving | Collected from a postal outlet. Collection during the postal outlet’s business hours. The Shipment is delivered against signature. The recipient must be prepared to to verify his or her identity. |

| Retaining | Items are kept at a postal outlet for two full calendar weeks in addition to the week of arrival, after which the item will be returned to the sender at the sender’s cost. Only one notification of arrival is sent to the addressee. |
| Restrictions as to Content | If you are sending money, valuables, securities or anything else valuable or fragile, tell the postal outlet counter staff or ask for more information from our Customer Service to ensure you use the correct service for your item. |
