Parcel to the Doorstep
Parcels to the Doorstep are delivered directly to the addressee, usually by 2pm on the next working day. If the parcel to the Doorstep is mailed to a home address, Posti recommends the use of the additional Flex service, meaning that the delivery time is set with the recipient in advance.
All of Posti´s domestic parcels are delivered in a climate-friendly manner. There is no need to buy the service separately, and it does not incur any additional costs to you.
Delivered to the addressee by 2pm on the next working day (Mon–Fri) at almost any address.

All additional services selected should be marked on the address label. Address labels are available from postal outlets.

You can track items using the item code included on the address label.
Information on delivery/delivery attempts will be available in the tracking system.
Delivery directly to the addressee at almost any address, by 2pm on the next working day (Mon-Fri) following posting. The service includes one delivery attempt. If the addressee is not available, a notification of arrival will be left at the address and the item can be collected at a postal outlet.
Pricing is based on weight and any additional services.
If the parcel’s dimensions exceed 100cm x 60cm 60cm, it is priced as a Large Parcel.
Multiple Package Shipment Pricing
Each item must have a Posti-approved address label, fully completed with identical text in all respects except for the tracking code. The same additional services and marks must be included on the address labels of all MPS parcels. However, marks for Large and/or Fragile Parcels should only be placed on the appropriate items.
A single fee will be charged for any additional services.
If the addressee cannot be reached on the delivery round and the addressee does not collect the item from the postal outlet using the notice of arrival left by the postman, the item will be kept in a postal outlet for two full calendar weeks after the week of arrival. After this the item will be returned to the sender at the sender’s cost.
|Restrictions as to Content||
If you are sending money, valuables, securities or anything else valuable or fragile, tell the postal outlet counter staff or ask for more information from our Customer Service to ensure you use the correct service for your item.
The signatory´s name is saved during registration of delivery in the tracking system (not available for items addressed to Åland Islands).
