Easy and convenient domestic parcel with pre-paid postage and packaging. The pricing of All-In-One Parcel is based on the size of the package, pricing options being Small and Large. The maximum size of a Small All-In-One Parcel is 38.5 cm x 29.0 cm x 9.5 cm and that of a Large All-in-One Parcel, 38.0 cm x 27.0 cm x 39.0 cm.

Indications and Codes

You can select any box, bag or hard envelope sold by postal outlets as packing for the All-In-One Parcel.

All-in-One Parcels have special address labels, available at postal outlet.
Sending

Mailed at a postal outlet.
Track & Trace

You can track items using the item code included on the address label.

Information on delivery/delivery attempts will be available in the tracking system on the next working day following delivery.
Receiving

Collected from a postal outlet. Collection during the postal outlet’s business hours.
Pricing

Pricing is based on the size of the package, options are Small or Large. See minimum and maximum dimensions.

Retaining

Deliveries that cannot have been handed over to the recipient will be retained at the outlet for two (2) full calendar weeks in addition to the week of arrival. The notice of arrival indicates the deadline for picking up the delivery from the outlet. A second notice of arrival will not be sent.

Forwarding from outlet to outlet will not extend the combined retention period at different outlets.
Restrictions as to Content

If you are sending money, valuables, securities or anything else valuable or fragile, tell the postla outlet counter staff or ask for more information from our Customer Service to ensure you use the correct service for your item.

The All-in-One Parcel is a Universal Service in compliance with Paragraph 4 of the Postal Services Act.
