Parallell address
If you wish to receive mail at an address other than your permanent or temporary address, it is advisable to notify Itella of the parallel address. Mail items will be delivered to the address indicated by the sender.
The service is free of charge.
Service description
The service does not include forwarding, and mail cannot be forwarded from a parallel address to another address.Only mail items sent to the parallel address will be delivered to the parallel address provided by the customer.
You can submit address notifications through the Internet, by phone or at a post office using a printed form.
Ordering the service
The easiest and most inexpensive way of submitting a parallel address notification is to submit it online. You can log into the service using your online bank ID, a Posti user ID or a citizen ID, such as an identity card with a chip.
