In the Address Maintenance service, you can place a change of address notification, order additional services, such as a distribution break or a temporary change of address, as well as give your new address and other contact information to your friends and the companies of your choice.
You must log into the service in order to order services, file a change of address notification, or update your contact information. You can log into the service using your online bank ID, a Posti user ID, or an identity card with a chip.
Manage your contact information
The Address Update service is the easiest way to keep your Posti contact information up to date. The information will be quickly updated and you can rest assured that important mail will reach you, even if you are on holiday. You can use the service to file a change of address notification, order a delivery interruption, and order Posti’s mail forwarding services.
Give your new address to your friends
You can use the Address Service to easily send your friends your new contact information. Just write the greeting you like and add your friends’ e-mail addresses. You can also send the information in the vCard format or as a calling card image. It doesn’t get any easier.
Additional services
By logging into the service, you can see what services you have ordered in the past year. Companies who already serve you using Posti’s services update their customer contact information using the service. By keeping your contact information up-to-date, you can ensure that all the messages and news of companies with which you do business will reach you.
