Series of special cachets for Helsinki Night of the Arts continues

A special cachet has been designed for the biggest urban event during the Helsinki Festival, the Night of the Arts. The cachet depicts the south face of the National Museum of Finland.
 
The cachet, designed by Tapani Talari, continues the series for the Night of the Arts featuring arts buildings in Helsinki.

The series has previously included the Museum of Contemporary Art Kiasma, the Ateneum Art Museum, the Sinebrychoff Art Museum, and the Cygnaeus Gallery.

     

The Night of the Arts special cachet can be obtained in the Post Museum (Asema-aukio 5 H, Helsinki) during the Night of the Arts, on August 27, 2010. There will be a Posti stamper present and rubber stamps will be used.
 
From August 19 to 26, 2010, customers may send a small amount of cards/envelopes for advance stamping; the address is:

You can send a maximum of ten cards or envelopes with stamps for the advance cacheting. Remember to include a return envelope with sufficient postage.
