The online service of Tapiola Bank aims to make life easier for customers
Tapiola Bank has added Itella's NetPosti service as part of its online bank. For Tapiola's banking customers, NetPosti has been tailored to a designated Tapiola NetPosti, which is a fixed part of the online bank. Tapiola Bank wants to develop its online bank as a comprehensive electronic service package, and with NetPosti, customers can carry out their banking tasks, and also take care of other daily business in electronic format.
Tapiola Bank finds the ease of paying bills and the good archiving features of NetPosti key advantages of the service.
- We want to provide the customers of Tapiola Bank with the best electronic service package. Electronic services make the life of customers easier, and contribute to decreasing personal carbon footprints. Easy bill payments is a special characteristic of the service tailored for Tapiola. When a bill has arrived at Tapiola NetPosti, the user can go to pay it with a single click of the mouse, and all details of the bill automatically transfer along, says Marja Pajulahti, Deputy Managing Director of Tapiola Bank.
Besides receiving electronic letters and bills, Tapiola NetPosti also includes other services, such as a function to upload personal files to the service for archiving. For example, scanning the whole family's passports and archiving them to NetPosti is convenient, since they can be printed out from there when abroad in case you happen to lose your passport.
- Tapiola NetPosti makes bill payments even easier and handier. Moreover, a free-of-charge archive for seven years, and the upload options for important documents help Tapiola Bank's customers control the daily chaos of printed documents. A record-high 11,000 new users activated NetPosti in May, so we are confident that the features of NetPosti will also serve the customers of Tapiola Bank well, says Tommi Björklund, in charge of NetPosti's solutions business.
Tapiola Bank has developed its online bank with a determined approach. Besides NetPosti, Tapiola Bank also provides other innovative services for its customers. Being the only bank to do so, Tapiola Bank provides, free of charge, a genuine electronic book of accounts for convenient monitoring of income and spending. Tapiola Group also delivers the pay slips of its personnel to NetPosti.
