City Express
City Express is a service designed for same-day delivery of urgent items to addressees in designated areas, delivered either in the afternoon (City Express Day) or in the evening (City Express Evening).
| Destination Countries | Domestic; in designated locations in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, Turku, Tampere and Oulu. Delivery only within the town or city where the item was posted, with the exception of the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. |
| Delivery Time | City Express Day letters posted by 10am on working days (Mon-Fri) will be delivered by 2pm. City Express Evening letters posted by 5pm on working days (Mon-Fri) will be delivered by 9pm. |

| Indications and Codes | City Express letters must be labelled with an Exprès barcode label and a ‘Citypika, päivä’ (City Express Day) or ‘Citypika, ilta’ (City Express Evening) label, depending on the service required. |
| Sending | City Express letters must be taken to designated postal outlets. To find these, please use the Delivery Time Inquiry or contact our Customer Service. The postal service can also arrange collection of Express Letters from the sender (pick-up service subject to charge). |
| Track & Trace | Deliveries can be tracked using the tracking code attached to the item, through the Track & Trace page or by contacting our Customer Service. |
| Receiving | City Express letters will be delivered to the addressee’s address (excluding P.O. Box addresses) on the day of posting in designated areas in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area, Turku, Tampere and Oulu. To check the service areas, please use the Delivery Time Inquiry or call our Customer Service. If you are intending to send a City Express Evening letter, please make sure that the carrier may gain access to the address in question. |
