All-in-One Envelopes
Changes to the All-in-One envelope as of June 1, 2011:
- The 1st class All-in-One envelope has been discontinued as of 31 May, 2011
- 1st class envelopes bought by the end of May can be used normally for daily mailing purposes and the delivery will take place at 1st class speed
- In future, there will be a 2nd class All-in-One envelope for easy handling of your daily mail!
The pre-paid All-in-One Envelope is an easy and convenient solution for taking care of daily domestic letter mail. The envelope includes postage for a 2nd Class letter and is designed for domestic mail items.
You can choose from the following envelope sizes:
- C4
- C5, with or without large window panel
- E5 with window panel

| Delivery Time | 2nd Class letters are usually delivered on the second working day following posting. |
| Maximum Weight | 500g. |
| Maximum Dimensions | Maximum thickness: 30mm. |
| Indications and Codes | Ensure successful delivery for the item by providing the correct address. |
| Sending | The envelopes may be posted from a postal outlet or left in a postbox. |
| Receiving | The item will be delivered to the addressee’s street address. |
| Pricing | Price includes the envelope and postage. |
| Payment Methods | Cash or credit card. |
| Delivery Terms | Delivery terms for 2nd Class letters. |
| Restrictions as to Content | Mail containing cash, securities and other valuables should be sent as Insured Items. |
| Other Specifications | For an additional fee, you can send All-in-One Envelopes as Express Letters, Registered Letters or Letters with Proof of Delivery. The COD fee quoted in the valid Tariffs and Rates is charged for All-In-One Envelopes sent on a COD basis. |
