KIMPPAcard – Create and send a real card as a KIMPPA group. On Facebook!

The card is delivered according to the delivery terms for first class. Estimated delivery times vary by target country:

• Finland: 1 to 2 business days
• Nordic countries and Central Europe: 2 to 5 business days
• The rest of the world: major cities: 4 to 10 business days, other destinations: no estimate.

It is recommended to send the card well in time. It is better that the card reaches the recipient a day too soon than a day too late.

The card will be sent on the selected sending date. The time to edit the card on Facebook will end on the selected sending date at 4 a.m. Finnish time.

Before the card editing time expires, everyone invited to collaborate on the card can edit the sending date, the recipient's address details and all other information added to the card.

The recipient will receive a genuine A5-size postcard by mail.

The price of the card is EUR 2.90 to everywhere in the world. The person launching the card will first pay for the card, after which he or she can invite friends to join the KIMPPA group to sign the card. The card can also be paid for with a discount code. Discount codes will be distributed in connection with campaigns. If the discount code you have received does not work, it may already be used or expired. Discount codes are not refundable.

The card is paid for through an online bank or with a credit card. After paying, the card cannot be cancelled.

When using the KIMPPAcard service, all users contributing to the card are responsible for not producing, sending, storing or otherwise handling any material that infringes on any copyright or other rights, good practices, laws or official regulations.

Terms of Use

For the KIMPPAcard application to function correctly, your Internet browser must allow cookies and Javascript. Adobe Flash Player 10 or later must be installed as an add-on to the browser.

The picture uploaded to the card must be in JPEG format. To ensure the best possible printing quality, the resolution of the image must be at least 200 dpi in A5 size.

In customer claims, the easiest way to contact our customer service is to use the Contact link in the KIMPPAcard application. Please include your order number in your message. The number is found on the My Cards site in the order confirmation of the card you have paid for. You can also send email to our customer services: asiakaspalvelu@posti.fi.
