Delivery Time

DeLuxe Telegrams and Printed Condolences or Congratulations ordered by 7 p.m. on weekdays (Mon-Fri) will be delivered on 1st Class Letter Delivery Terms in Finland, in the first instance on the following working day. Orders placed on weekends (Sat-Sun) will be delivered at the earliest on Tuesday.

If you wish, you can select an Express Letter service for the DeLuxe Telegram, Printed Condolences or Congratulations, regardless of the delivery time. You can also place your order well in advance with our service, which will ensure delivery in time.

Prior to ordering, make sure that you are registered with the Sampo, Nordea Solo, Osuuspankki or Säästöpankki Sp/Pop online banking service for Internet payments or have a Visa or MasterCard credit card, since DeLuxe Telegrams and Printed Condolences and Congratulations are paid prior to sending the order.

2. Contact our Call Center on 0200 44001 (in Finnish) or 0200 44002 (in Swedish). The telephone service is available Mon-Fri from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and on Saturdays, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m. local network charge. E-mail adress is korusahke@posti.fi.

For orders from abroad, please contact the Call Center (international: +358 200 44001). International calls are subject to the international call charges of the country in question.

If you wish to have the Express Letter service, delivery on the day of placing the order, on a Saturday or to a foreign country, please contact our Call Center in advance to confirm that such a delivery is possible.

Payment Methods

DeLuxe Telegrams, Printed Condolences or Congratulations ordered on the Internet are paid for when placing the order, as Internet payments through Sampo, Nordea Solo, Osuuspankki or Säästöpankki Sp/Pop online banking services or with a Visa or MasterCard credit card.

Orders placed through the Call Center can be charged on your telephone bill. Orders from abroad are payable by credit card only (Visa, MasterCard).
Other Specifications

If the delivery address is e.g. a hospital, a rehabilitation centre, a church, a festival hall etc., the telegram will be delivered as an express service to the reception, info point, doorman or other such official of the institution in question. In such cases, Express Service charges apply.

According to the Posti's General Delivery Terms, DeLuxe Telegrams, Printed Condolences and Congratulations are regarded as delivered when submitted to one of the above-mentioned officials.
