Temporary and fixed-term change of address
Submit your change-of-address notification online
If you would like to receive your mail at another address instead of your permanent one, you can submit a temporary change of address. During the period you indicate, your mail will be sent to the required address, e.g. your summer cottage and thereafter, your mail will be automatically delivered to your permanent address again.
A temporary change of address should be submitted no later than one week prior to the initial date of the change period. This service is subject to a charge.

If you move abroad for a fixed period, Posti will deliver your 1st and 2nd class letter mail to your address abroad.
How to submit a notification of temporary and fixed-term change of address
You can submit a notification of a fixed-term change of address either on the Internet, by telephone or at the nearest post office.

Use of this service requires identity verification based on online bank user IDs, a Posti user ID, or a Citizen Certificate (e.g. a chip ID card).
