Freight delivered smoothly to its destination
As a rule, we always deliver freight to the recipient's location. If you receive freight as a private person, we will deliver it to your home door, unless otherwise agreed. Posti's customer service representative will call you to agree on a delivery time.
The following services can be added to freight:
You can track the shipment's progress in Item Tracking with the item number in the waybill. If you are not there to receive the shipment, we take freight with the delivery vehicle to the nearest Posti terminal.
Pick-up from terminal
You can bring the shipment to the terminal yourself in the locations that have a customer service point.
Delivery to terminal
If your customer wishes to pick up the shipment at the terminal, this is possible at terminals with a customer service point.
