Gather all overdue, 7-day-old invoices, for instance, and fill in the details of the overdue invoices on the form in Duetto's customer interface.
In the reminder service, DuettoGroup sends reminder letters to your customers on your company's behalf. You save working time by eliminating negotiations about payment schedules and other payment-related communications. After the reminder letter is sent, unpaid overdue receivables are transferred to actual debt collection without interruption. Trade receivables turnover becomes faster, and the payment agreement service available to the debtor customer generates added value for the customer service.
