It is easy to handle outgoing mail when you use the Prinetti software that has been designed for printing address labels. You can use it with any computer that is connected to the Internet and to a laser printer. From Prinetti, you can get address labels for nearly all domestic and international deliveries as well as pickup lists serving as the sending receipts.
Prinetti can also be used through an integration interface. Item information is transferred directly from an ERP system to Prinetti.
If you deploy printing software other than Prinetti, submit the address labels for validation by Posti's experts first. Also look after the updating of your printing software when services are renewed.

This service makes it possible to carry out an easy search for the delivery information about all your items transported by Posti. The search function is fast and versatile. With the parcel dashboard, you can also run a CSV report on your items. When necessary, you can turn to the Posti Customer Service chat for help.
The service is free of charge. Agree on its use with your Posti contact person.
EDI message templates (other printing solutions)
The electronic notice of arrival (EDI/e-NOA) is an additional service provided free of charge. The primary channel for sending the notice of arrival is an SMS. If the SMS does not reach the recipient or the sender has chosen iPost, we will use an iPost notice of arrival. The recipient receives a copy of the notice of arrival by e-mail as well as a reminder of an uncollected item 8 and 10 days after the arrival.
The reminder (so-called second notice of arrival) as an SMS or an iPost letter is an additional service subject to a charge. An e-mail reminder message is free of charge and we send it only if you have included an e-mail address in the sending material (EDI message).
You can use the electronic notice of arrival by either opening Posti's EDI interface or using the Internet version of Prinetti. Through the EDI interface, you can send the advance information to be visible in the address label in the format determined in the EDI message description. Prinetti already includes an EDI message sending feature, but with a dedicated EDI interface, you can also receive status messages. Prinetti can be used free of charge.
We send the notice of arrival by SMS or e-mail to the recipient to the address that you have given in the EDI message.
A notice of arrival can be used in conjunction with a registered letter, a cash on delivery letter and an insured item. In the case of a letter with advice of delivery, we send the notice of arrival for the time being only by iPost and e-mail.
Restrictions: You can send advance information as an EDI message at the earliest two weeks and at the latest one hour before the pick-up of the item. If advance information is received too early or too late, it cannot be utilized. An SMS notice of arrival cannot be used in the Åland Islands. In the standard version of Prinetti, it is not possible to use an electronic notice of arrival.
As a sending customer, you get, if you wish, information about the handling phases of your items as EDI return messages (so-called status messages). In the EDI message, the sender announces the deployment of return messages. In the return messages, the sender receives Item Tracking information into their CRM system or, if they wish, retrieves EDI return messages from Posti's server.
