Application for compensation for damage
The compensation terms of Posti are based on the Postal Act, Road Transport Agreement Act, agreements of the Universal Postal Union, and on contractual and delivery terms.
Compensation for damages requires that the damage has been verified by Posti in some manner, including

Application forms are also available at postal outlets, and you can return the form and appendices to your nearest postal outlet.
